Warranty & Returns
All of our products are hand inspected to ensure quality before shipment.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects. These do not include:
- Wear and tear from normal use.
- Accidental damage inside and outside of normal gameplay circumstances.
- Damage from improper use.
We reserve the right to review, approve, or deny requests for warranty for any reason.

We accept unopened, unused merchandise up to 14 days after purchase. We charge a simple 10% restocking fee on the price you paid for the item.
We do not accept returns on items that have been opened and/or used.
